The Tale of a Cookie Craving

The other night, Kyler was craving some chocolate chip cookies. We didn't have all the ingredients that we needed, so we had to make a trip to the grocery store. I tried to convince him to just buy the break-and-bake kind, but he wanted 'real' cookies. So while Kyler went in to get the ingredients, I went to Kohl's. I only say this so you know that I had no input on the size of bag he bought.

So he whipped up some batter and began panning the dough out.

He was just following the recipe on the back of our ONE POUND bag of chocolate chips. Anyone want to venture a guess of how many cookies a pound of chocolate chip cookies make?

Five dozen!! Somebody definitely didn't read the fine print.
